Although I was successful in business I couldn't say the same words about my social life. I thought that I would never meet the right girl for marriage. I was pessimistic about virtual acquaintances until my friend who married a Ukrainian woman suggested that I have a look at such sites. I was intrigued and made up my mind to run a risk. Besides the idea of getting acquainted with a charming, intelligent and beautiful lady like his wife was very attractive and promising for me. I started up the correspondence. With every written letter it became more and more captivating. It turned out that I wasn't alone and I found a person who was interested in my life, thoughts and hobbies. Returning back home after my work first of all I checked my email box with the hope to get the response from that special one, who conquered my heart. Val (this way Valery is called by her husband) and Jeff Dorns have been married for two years already. They work in Amsterdam and live a life of average Dutch. In the evenings Val attends advanced Dutch course, her loyal Jeff is waiting for her at home before the TV-set. The family spends the vacations at Jeff's parents place or visits his school-mate in Denver:. It might not happen so if once Valery didn't place her data at the site, just for curiosity. The day passed after the day, there were no responses, she forgot about internet and was absorbed in her work. After three months somebody called in the evening, she was surprised as the call was from Holland. It turned out that a man used the phone, which Valery mentioned on the site. The calls from Holland became more regular, they spoke over the phone for 2-3 hours, they knew everything about each other. Jeff made no secret of the fact that his first marriage had failed, that he couldn't leave Amsterdam because of the son and find a better work. Besides as it turned out later he had to sell his new car to cover the expenses for phone calls to Ukraine. Valery appreciated his sincerity and invited Jeff to come on visit. At the moment they met at the airport they understood that they had been destined to be together. Now Jeff is 38 and Val - 34, they live in perfect harmony and plan to have children. The problems, which happen in life don't disappoint them, they are together and all the rest doesn't matter.
